B2Me Australia respects your right to privacy and is committed to safeguarding the privacy of our customers and website visitors. Our privacy policy sets out how we collect and treat your personal information.
We adhere to the Australian Privacy Principles contained in the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and to the extent applicable, the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
How secure are my personal details?
As outlined in our terms and conditions, provider details that are listed on your provider page is publicly available information by the very nature of the marketplace. Any details you do not wish to be present in the marketplace should not be present on the site.
In order to avoid harvesting of email details and other personal details, users of the system are required to sign up and have a login. We have programmed our site to pick up on activity that attempts to access details for mass download or distribution.
How secure are my credit card details?
We take security seriously. The credit card details that you enter are not held on our servers but are held in the vault of Stripe which makes us automatically Payment Card Industry Data Security Standards (PCI DSS) compliant. Stripe has been audited by a PCI-certified auditor and is certified to PCI Service Provider Level 1. This is the most stringent level of certification available in the payments industry. All card numbers are encrypted on disk with AES-256.
