Favouriting Providers

B2Me enables you to keep track of your favourite service providers in your community by allowing you to build your own collection of providers. This tutorial covers how to add / remove providers from your collection and how to view your collection of providers, as well as other users collections.

Adding / removing a provider

1) Make sure you are logged into your B2Me account. You can login or create a free account by selecting the buttons in the top right of the screen on either mobile or web.

2) Find the provider you want to favourite. There are three ways to find providers on B2Me:

a) Using the B2Me search. You can learn how to use the search here.

b) The "Members" tab on a Community page, scrolling down will reveal the providers of that community.

   

c) Checking out the favourited providers of other users. Navigate to the users profile page and select the "My providers" tab to reveal the list of that users favourite providers.

   

3) After you've found the provider you wish to favourite, select the heart icon in the top right of their provider card. The heart icon will turn red, this tells you that you have favourited this provider. If you have accidentally favourited a provider, just click the heart again to remove them.

Viewing my collection of providers

1) Make sure you are logged into your B2Me account. You can login or create a free account by selecting the buttons in the top right of the screen on either mobile or web.

2) Navigate to your profile and select the "My providers" tab to reveal the list of your favourite providers sorted by their category.

You can jump to a specific category by selecting the category in the category box above the list of providers.

You can remove a provider from your collection by clicking the red heart icon.
