Reviewing Providers

One of the core values at B2Me is "free to give". We encourage our users to champion the success and development of others. On the B2Me platform, you can do this by leaving a review for local providers in your community.

Reviewing a Provider

1) Login to your B2Me account. Reviews can only be created by registered B2Me users.

2) Navigate to the profile page of the provider who you want to review and scroll down to the reviews section.

   

3) Add a review by clicking "Review X's work". This will open a new dialog where you'll be able to create your review. When reviewing a provider, you can leave an overall rating out of 5 stars, a text comment that outlines your experience with the provider in more detail (up to 512 characters) and finally you can leave a thumbs up or down for the following attributes: communication, quality, affordability and trust.

   

When creating your review, you have the choice to leave a star rating, a comment or attribute rating, however you must provide at least one. It's best to give as much information as you can in the review though!

4) Save the review by hitting the "Save" button located in the bottom right of the review dialog. Your review will now be visible on this providers profile for everyone to see!

   

Editing your review

1) Navigate to the profile of the provider for which you want to edit your review.

2) Scroll down to the "Reviews" section. You'll notice that the same button you used to create the review is now says "Edit your review of X's work".

3) Tap this button to reveal the same dialog as before, however the dialog should have your review filled in. Make the changes you wish and then click "Save" in the bottom right corner to update your review.
